The property is owned by Williams College and used for public recreation and ecological research. Various trails for hiking.

Mt. Greylock Reservation: Notch Road, North Adams, 413-664-8345.
The highest point in Massachusetts, Mt. Greylock has many hiking trails and an access road that is open during the summer months.

Mohawk Trail State Forest : 175 Mohawk Trail, Charlemont, MA 413-339-5504.
On Route 2 East. One of the most scenic woodland areas in Massachusetts. Seasonal camping.

Two miles from MASS MoCA. iking marked trails, picnic area. Be sure to visit the sound art installation at quarry.

Stone Hill: 225 South Street, Williamstown.
Stone Hill is a short walk located behind the Clark Art Institute. Trails start at the main building and at the Stone ill center.
